Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will check in and then go through the security checkpoint. The officials at the counter will check the required documents to verify your identity. You will go to the exit door where you will find a representative from the company with a signboard written your name on it.

You will depart from Arusha in the morning and head to Tarangire National Park, arriving before midday. Once in the park, you will be able to enjoy both a morning and afternoon game drive with a delicious lunch in the afternoon.

As you progress well into the Serengeti, you will see why the name means, in the local language, “endless plains.” The park has 6,900sq miles (18,000sq km) and for most of it, the plains will stretch to the horizon defying your senses and perception of distances

Today you will venture deeper into Ndutu where you will see the great wildebeest migration. December to March is the calving season when the wildebeests and zebras give birth to their offspring and you will likely see a live birth.

After breakfast, you will depart the campsite with a picnic lunch and descend into the amazing Ngorongoro Crater. You’ll explore the magnificent world of diversity that lies within, surrounded by the imposing walls that encircle the reserve. It is possible to see all of Africa’s Big Five within the crater among a vast array of other wildlife, including hundreds of bird species.
